Important dates for sponsors and exhibitors

April 23, 2016 All final payment must be received to avoid cancellation of the booking.

June 20, 2016 No refund will be given after this date.

Sept 1-19, 2016 All materials must be shipped to the conference venue no earlier than Sept 1 sand no later than Sept 18 2016.

Personalized registration procedure for sponsors and exhibitors

As the sponsor or exhibitor of/at the ECS3, you are not required to go through the trouble of booking the accommodation or registering through the ECS3 website.

The ECS3 has created a personalized registration procedure for all sponsors and exhibitors. Please fill, sign and scan the ECS3 Sponsorship Booking Form and send it to esc3@ecs3croatia.org . While considering booking of the appropriate exhibitor open space (EOS) please consult scheme of the ESC3 Main Hall Nikola Tesla:

The exhibition Hall Nikola Tesla is envisaged to be a “living room” of the ECS3 where commercial exhibition and poster sessions will be held along with refreshments during the official breaks. Should you have any special requirements, don’t hesitate to ask.

FREEDOM POLICY STATEMENT

Croatian Association of Crystallographers, as the organizer of the ECS3, shall observe the basic policy of non-discrimination and affirms the right and freedom of scientists to associate in international scientific activity without regard to such factors as ethnic origin, religion, citizenship, language, political stance, gender, sex or age, in accordance with the Statutes of the International Council for Science. At this meeting no barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists.
