Additionally all the participants of ECS3 will be offered:

     • Pre- and post time accommodation will be available for the same price as during the ECS3

     • Upgrade from half board to full board at Hotel restaurant can provided at additional cost (buffet lunch: 100 HRK)

     • Lunch boxes can can provided at additional cost (lunch box with sandwich, fruit, water,  salty sticks: 48 HRK)

You will also be provided with detailed information about payment procedure in an e-mail message upon the abstract acceptance.

After you pay the registration fee, please send a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail to esc3@ecs3croatia.org if you wish to speed up the process.

Once the registration fee has been received your attendance to ECS3 will be finally confirmed.

The receipt for your payment will be provided at the School's Registration Desk upon arrival.


Terms and conditions

Attendance will not be confirmed until the registration fee is fully paid.

For the participants of the ECS3, we have reserved rooms in two differently priced category hotels. Accommodation reservations are handled through the on-line Registration form. 

It is the responsibility of all registrants to ensure that they have all necessary documents required to enter Croatia. The process of obtaining all required documents may take up to several months, so it is recommended that registrants plan appropriate action accordingly. For more details about visa and document requirements, please consult Practical Information in Travel tab.


Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations should be requested in written form; please send an e-mail to esc3@ecs3croatia.org

Until May 20, 2016 (23:59 Zagreb time): 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of 50,00 € / 400,00 HRK will be charged*.

From May 21 (00:00 Zagreb time) to June 20 2016 (23:59 Zagreb time): 50% of the payment will be refunded.

From June 21, 2016 (00:00 Zagreb time): no refunds will be possible under any circumstances.

If the organizer cancel any of the services, regardless of the date, the entire amount paid for that service will be refunded*.

All refunds will be processed after the ECS3.
